Which legal forms can you register?
All forms under the Commercial Law: DPK (company with variable capital), AD (joint stock company), OOD (limited liability company), EOOD (single-member limited liability company), ET (sole proprietorship) and DZZD (company under the Obligations and Contracts Act).
What exactly do you handle for me?
The consultation, the preparation of all documents, assistance at the bank and the notary, payment of the fees and filing with the Commercial Register by our representative, and the company seal.
How long does it take?
With complete documents, about one to two weeks from the notary appointment to registration. The law sets the end of the next working day for a first registration, but in 2026 the Registry Agency reported average delays of about four working days.
Which documents are needed?
For an EOOD: the deed of incorporation, the sole member's decision, the manager's notarised specimen signature, consent and declarations, the bank certificate for the capital, proof of the state fee and, if a proxy files, the notarised power of attorney. We prepare them for you.
Do I have to come to Bulgaria?
Not necessarily. You can sign before a notary abroad, with an apostille and a certified translation, or grant a power of attorney. Many Bulgarian banks still want to see you in person to open the account, so a short visit is usually the simpler route.
What is not included in your fee?
Third-party costs: the Registry Agency's state fee, the notary and any bank fee, usually under EUR 150 together, plus translations and apostilles for documents signed abroad. The German side of a move, such as deregistration or exit tax, belongs to your adviser in Germany.

How much does it cost?
Bookkeeping starts from €50 a month for a company that is not VAT-registered and from €75 a month for a VAT-registered one, both plus 20 % VAT. The exact fee depends on the company: VIES returns, Intrastat, OSS, foreign-currency accounts, payslips and the number of documents. Other services, such as company or VAT registration, are quoted individually. We quote each engagement after a short enquiry describing your company and reply within one working day.
